Customer Terms of Service
Welcome to Build-A-Deal. By subscribing to and using our membership platform, you (“Member,” “you,” or “user”) agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using the service.
1. Membership Overview
Build-A-Deal provides a subscription-based membership that allows members to access and select promotional offers, discounts, or deals from participating local businesses (“Partner Businesses”).
Membership provides access to a catalog of available deals that members may select each month, subject to availability and limitations set by participating Partner Businesses.
Membership does not guarantee the availability of specific deals, discounts, or savings.
2. Membership Eligibility
To become a member, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Provide accurate registration information.
Maintain an active subscription payment.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.
3. Membership Fees and Billing
Membership requires a recurring monthly subscription fee of $20/ $15/ or $10 per month unless otherwise stated. Based on Tier selected.
By subscribing, you authorize the Company to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
Billing occurs on a recurring cycle every month. Your payment goes towards the following month’s deal period. (June’s charge covers July’s Deals).
Depending on the day of the month you signed up, your subscription charge will be moved to the 7th, 14th, 21st, or 28th for organizational purpose.
Build-A-Deal reserves the right to modify pricing and payment changes with reasonable notice to members.
4. Deal Selection and Redemption Rules
Members may select up to 20,15, or 10 deals per membership cycle from the available deal catalog. (Make changes before the 16th of the current month to be applied for the following deal cycle)
Deal availability is limited and determined by each Partner Business.
Members must comply with the following redemption rules:
Deals are valid only during the applicable membership month.
Deals may only be redeemed once per member.
You may only choose a specific deal once (can’t choose ex, 5 of the same deal)
Members must present a valid virtual membership deal card when redeeming a deal.
Deals may not be combined with other promotions unless allowed by the Partner Business.
Partner Businesses are responsible for honoring deals according to their listed terms and redemption limits.
5. Deal Availability Disclaimer
Deal availability may change at any time.
Partner Businesses determine:
The discounts offered
Monthly redemption limits
Specific deal conditions
Once a deal reaches its monthly redemption capacity, it may become unavailable for selection.
The Company does not guarantee the availability of any specific deal, business, or promotion.
6. No Guarantee of Savings
The Company provides access to promotional offers but does not guarantee that members will achieve any specific amount of savings.
Actual savings depend on individual usage, participating businesses, and deal availability.
7. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Members may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting Build-A-Deal.
Upon cancellation:
Membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
No partial refunds will be issued for unused time or unused deals.
Future billing will stop after cancellation is processed.
Build-A-Deal reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion.
8. Misuse, Fraud, and Abuse Policy
Membership benefits are intended solely for the registered member.
The following activities are prohibited:
Sharing membership credentials with others
Attempting to redeem deals multiple times beyond stated limits
Altering or falsifying membership verification
Engaging in fraudulent redemption activity
Misrepresenting membership status to Partner Businesses
Build-A-Deal reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships involved in misuse, fraud, or abuse without refund.
9. Privacy Policy
Build-A-Deal collects limited personal information necessary to operate the membership platform.
Information may include:
Name
Email address/ Phone Number
Payment information
Membership activity
Personal data is used to:
Manage memberships
Process payments
Communicate service updates
Improve the platform
Build-A-Deal does not sell personal information to third parties.
Certain service providers (such as payment processors) may access necessary data to perform their services.
Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
10. Partner Business Responsibility
Partner Businesses are independent entities and are solely responsible for the products, services, and experiences they provide.
Build-A-Deal is not responsible for:
Quality of goods or services
Customer service disputes
Business closures or policy changes
Availability of products or services
Any disputes regarding goods or services must be addressed directly with the Partner Business.
11. Modifications to the Service
Build-A-Deal reserves the right to modify:
membership features
deal structures
available businesses
platform functionality
Reasonable efforts will be made to notify members of significant changes.
12. Termination of Membership
Build-A-Deal may suspend or terminate a membership at its discretion for violations of these Terms of Service.
Grounds for termination may include but are not limited to:
fraudulent activity
misuse of deals
abusive behavior toward Partner Businesses
violation of membership policies
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Build-A-Deal shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
use of the membership platform
redemption of deals
interactions with Partner Businesses
Members participate in the service at their own discretion.
14. Changes to These Terms
Build-A-Deal reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.
Updated terms will be posted on the Company website with the revised effective date.
Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
